Hi! I’m Sarah Amditis, a coastal local here on Brevard’s beautiful Space Coast! 

I was born and raised in North Brevard County where much of my family still resides. Today, I am lucky to call a little slice of Seaside home. With the Atlantic Ocean to our East, and the Indian River to our West, my family and I live on the beautiful Barrier Island of Indian Harbour Beach.  

I am happily married to my husband, Ryan, a local firefighter/paramedic and together we have two children, Olivia & Hunter. If I can’t be found outside, camping, or on a beach, you can bet I am somewhere obsessing over all things HOME!

With my extensive background in banking, for over a decade, I am lucky to have found my real passion, real estate! From being in management full-time to being a stay-at-home mom full-time, I know the everyday blessings and struggles that come with real life. I am here to relieve YOU of any stress whether it be selling your current house, or buying the home of your dreams. My goal is to build a long-lasting friendship with you and your family and to make this process as smooth as possible!
