Balmy night air serenaded with the songs of cicadas and crickets, weekends spent on the river or in the ocean, cooling off after playing the sport of the season by cannon balling into a pool all but 3 months out of the year and driving an hour or less to Disney, SeaWorld or beautiful State Parks with pristine springs galore. These are the things a lifetime Brevard resident grows up experiencing. These are the days of my childhood and now the days of my children.
I am a multigenerational Floridian-born in Rockledge, raised in Cocoa, attended elementary and middle school at Merritt Island Christian School then on to Rockledge High School. I started college at Brevard Community College (now EFSC) in 2001 on a choral scholarship that supplemented my Bright Futures Scholarship. I went on to obtain my Bachelors in Business Administration with a minor in Legal Studies at the University of Central Florida (GO KNIGHTS!) and currently reside in Cocoa, Florida. I love serving my Savior Jesus, homeschooling my boys, camping, reading, spending time with my family and my new found hobby of vegetable gardening.
My husband, Chad, was born in Orange, California, but moved here when he was 5, so he’s pretty much an original also. He attended Fairglen Elementary School, Clearlake Middle School and Cocoa High School. He loves flawlessly executing diy projects around our home, fishing and hunting.
My husband and I met initially when watching a mutual friend race his dragster at SpeedWorld Race Track in Orlando, but didn’t date until a few years later. We married in 2008 and welcomed our two sons into the world in 2011 & 2014. Tucker (7) loves anything to do with the water, hunting, fishing, his Chocolate Lab, Bear, and baseball. Tanner (3) loves cars, being outside all the time and doing anything his big brother does.
My background before Real Estate ranges from banking to construction. I am a third generation entrepreneur. My family owns and operates the road and site-work company V.A. Paving Inc & LET Trucking, LLC and my husband has owned and operated Chad Kordula’s Lawn Care for 20 years.
Experiencing our Space Coast through many of life’s stages gives me both a deep love and knowledge of our area. I would love to use my insight to help you buy or sell in my hometown!
