My name is Andrea Gutierrez. I am a Brevard County native, born and raised right here on the Space

Coast. I am a graduate of Astronaut High School, Eastern Florida State College, and graduated with a

bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida in Psychology. I am married to my wonderful

husband and we are raising two amazing children. My husband and I met working together at Merritt

Island Boat Works. He is now the General Manager with Aviara Boats and has a long history in the

marine business and served in the United States Marine Corp. Lilah is a student at Stevenson Elementary

and loves doing gymnastics and art. Jonah is all things boy, dinosaurs and cars litter the house! We

attend The Grove Church in Titusville, spend most of our weekends at Disney, enjoy traveling to new

destinations, love to collect art, and appreciate any time that we can spend together as a family!

I was raised by my two amazing parents and stepparents. My mom is a deputy serving here in Brevard.

My dad is also an agent with Coastal Life Properties. My stepdad is an Army veteran and once served as

a law enforcement officer with two different agencies locally. My stepmom is the proud owner of

Encore Dance Academy in Merritt Island. I am the oldest with three sisters and two brothers. They have

been some of my biggest cheerleaders as I am also theirs. To say that I was taught responsibility and

dependability at an early age is an understatement! I am a firm believer in integrity, hard work,

dedication, commitment, and will be carrying it all into my career as a realtor.

My husband and I bought our home in Merritt Island through my dad and Coastal Life Properties.

Watching this team perform ever since with the utmost respect for others and giving their clients their

all inspired me to make the move from the marine industry to the housing business! Real estate
